“Note that these are economy backdrops, so they are somewhat lightweight.

They’ll get the job done, without needing to invest in a heavy-duty backdrop stand (usually $180+), but don’t expect a massively sturdy structure.

If you’re using them outside, you’ll want to secure it or weight the legs down with sandbags to prevent the wind blowing it over (see links to sandbags below).

Ultimately, if you’re just going to pull this stand out a few times a year for birthdays and celebrations, then they are a decent, cost-effective, solution.”

use in venues

The 10 ft and 12 ft versions are a good option if your event is in a venue or large room with a higher than average ceiling (as seen in the pics above)
A typical 8 ft high backdrop might work well at home, but in a high ceiling venue, a 10 ft or 12 ft high display will be more dramatic and prevent it looking dwarfed by or out of proportion with the surrounding space
