ADVICE FROM A PRO

Matt’s tip

Matt James professional event planner

“Serve these in bowls as a dip for fruit, crackers, pretzels and other ‘filler’ snacks to make them more appealing.

Alternatively, use them to make simple layered desserts served in disposable shooter glasses, dessert cups, or jars by alternating with layers of cake, fruit, granola, or Jell-O.

You could also use them as a base layer for portioned fruit cups served in disposable tasting bowls, disposable martini glasses, individual tasting spoons.

Alternatively, add a dollop to disposable tasting spoons to fix bite-size treats, such as chocolate covered strawberries or cake truffles, in place and make them more substantial.”
