“If you’re filling these with helium, be aware they have the tendency to bob around and rotate so they work best if there’s a wall behind them.

Even against a wall, I’d suggest using double-sided sticky tape to fix the balloons to one another as this will reduce the movement.

Alternatively, fill them with air and stick directly to walls or hang with ribbon / string using the tabs at the top.

If you’re going to be blowing up a lot of balloons, consider getting an electric balloon pump (under $20 see button below) as it saves a lot of effort compared to a hand pump!”
