“In addition to acting as conversation-starters and giving guests something to do, printable games are particularly useful to keep guests entertained during any waiting periods i.e while waiting for other guests to arrive, during meal service, before a show/service, or while waiting for transport home at the end of the event.

If you plan to leave one on each place setting of a seated dinner (as shown in the pics above), buy a bundle of printable games and alternate a different one at each place setting. That way, people sitting next to one another will have two different games to play.

Similarly, if you plan to leave them on welcome desks, bars, and occasional tables etc, you can place different games in different locations so guests continue to discover new things to entertain themselves as they event goes unfolds.

To add a personal touch, attention to detail, or just to makes things even more special, order some custom-printed mini pencils with the event’s name or social media hashtag, instead of regular pens.”
