These look best when the LED lights hang in vertical lines from the top to bottom of your backdrop
Therefore, calculate the height of your backdrop and how far apart you want each vertical strip of lights, in order to calculate how many sets of string lights to buy
Hang from a backdrop stand or curtain rod attached to wall with damage-free adhesive hooks

“Whether you’re using as a backdrop to a table / bar or to dress walls in a larger room, these look best if you ‘frame’ or ‘blend’ the edges with additional decorations; be it bunches of balloons, balloon garlands, artificial flowers / garlands / vines, or paper flower decorations (check out the links at the end of this post).

This helps soften the harsh side edges—where the backdrop ends and it meets the wall—so it blends into the surrounding decor and doesn’t just look like a panel on the wall.

Plus they can help hide the legs, sides, and crossbeam if you’re using a backdrop stand or frame.
