Balloon Arches
the idea
Make your bar, buffet, or dessert table really stand out by framing it with a balloon arch in lieu ofโor in addition toโa traditional backdrop. Alternatively use as entrance or room decoration.

ADVICE FROM A PRO
Matt’s tip
“If you’re on a budget, the 12 ft tabletop arch is a great low-cost party backdrop solution at around $12 for the arch plus the cost the balloons. Alternatively, the freestanding 19 ft frame is around $45.
Check out my Backdrop Stands, Frames, and Fixings page for circular, hexagonal, and rectangular backdrop frames you can also use to create variations on the traditional balloon ‘arch’ shape.
Of course, the most labor-intensive part of a balloon arch is blowing up and attaching the balloons, so don’t forget to pick up an electric balloon pump (see below)
If using as a bar, buffet, or dessert table backdrop, you might want to personalize the balloon arch by pairing it with a custom name sign. Check out my round-up of creative party signs here or preview some in the images below.
Alternatively, balloon arches make dramatic entrance decorations to wow guests as they arrive.”
