“These ready-made plastic streamer backdrops are lightweight so you can hang them on walls (inside or out), along a fence, between pillars, in front of window, or using a backdrop stand.

Alternatively, for a budget-saving option, make your own using rolls of crepe paper.

Whether you’re using as a backdrop to a table / bar or to dress walls in a larger room, these look best if you ‘frame’ or ‘blend’ the edges with additional decorations; be it bunches of balloons, balloon garlands, artificial flowers / garlands / vines, or paper flower decorations (check out the links at the end of this post).

This helps soften the harsh side edges—where the backdrop ends and it meets the wall—so it blends into the surrounding decor and doesn’t just look like a panel hung on the wall.

Plus they can help hide the legs, sides, and crossbeam if you’re using a backdrop stand or frame.
