“These work best when you treat them as an accent in larger bunches of plain colored Mylar or latex balloons.

I also recommend using a different old photo of the guest of honor on each balloon, rather than the same photo on every one. This is more entertaining for guests as they’ll continue to discover different ones over the course of the event and it encourages them to mingle and explore.

These also make great table centerpieces for dining or occasional tables. If filled with helium on long strings they’ll add height to your room decorations and will be visible over guests’ heads.

Alternatively, add to larger bunches of balloons and use to flank dessert / buffet tables and bars to make a larger display.”
